1 Contractual Relationship

The use of the platform from anywhere in the world indicates that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

The “Services” are provided by IntekAI Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in Nicosia, Cyprus, based in Strovolou, 77 - Strovolos Centre, 2nd Floor/Flat/Office 204 (“IntekAI Ltd”)

These services are also provided through “Sintonus” platform, necessary for the provision of the above mentioned online services. Access to and use of the Services is your acceptance to be bound by these Terms, and this establishes a contractual relationship between you and IntekAI Ltd

If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to access or use the Services. These Terms expressly replace any previous agreement or understanding with you. IntekAI Ltd may immediately terminate these Terms or Services, or in general terminate the offer or deny access to or part of the Services, at any time and for any reason.

The Additional Terms will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with the applicable Services.

IntekAI Ltd may update the Terms of Services from time to time. The changes will take effect with the publication by IntekAI Ltd of these Updated Terms on this site or the amended policies or additional Terms on applicable Services.

Access to or continuous use of the Services after such publication constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

1.3. DATA COLLECTION

The collection and use of the personal data of Teachers, Students and staff by the Schools complies with the provisions of the Privacy Policy of IntekAI Ltd (available from https://www.Sintonus.com/privacy) and will not be transferred to third parties for commercial, marketing or profiling purposes, but only for purposes related to the execution of the contract.

2 The Services

The Services of IntekAI Ltd are provided through the online technology platform "Sintonus" ('the Platform' or 'the Service' or 'Sintonus') dedicated to Music, Theatre and Educational Institutions and professionals who wish to offer a qualitatively superior experience of live online performance or online teaching.

Music Conservatoires, Academies and Institutions (Schools), Venues and Music/Theatre Companies (Companies), musicians and actors (Performers), who wish to offer their audience, collaborator or students (the 'Client') online session with a higher audio quality than the common videoconferencing platforms.
